If you’ve ever had a post it note stuck to your bathroom mirror or scribbled pages of positive statements in your journal or played tapes of empowering affirmations in attempt to keep your thoughts on an ideal track, you know how easy it is to forget them. The second you walk out into the world and interact with someone, the sweetness of your mantra seems to vanish into thin air. Instead of agonizing over it (and writing yet another trillion lines in our diaries about it),  we decided to keep it playful. We took a few simple and uplifting (and sometimes tastefully salacious) phrases and beaded them onto high quality bracelets. And we left the letters to move freely back and forth on the chains, so that we so that we could always look over throughout our day and smile at the gentle reminder to unscramble our brain and focus on what really matters to us.
